The StriveTogether Civic Infrastructure Assessment tracks the progress of communities toward changing systems while helping maintain quality and rigor across the Cradle to Career Network.
Communities also benefit from guidance and lessons from other partnerships on how to accelerate progress given the types of challenges they encounter.
For communities wishing to join the Network, this process provides a baseline assessment against a continuum of quality benchmarks called the Theory of Action. For partnerships within the Network, the assessment evaluates how communities are progressing through our Theory of Action in achieving specific quality benchmarks. The assessment also focuses on how communities are transforming how systems work to support the success of every child, cradle to career.
